The Chatuchak weekend market is a very popular attraction for all visiting Bkk.
Fortunately, vegans will be able to experience real Thai dishes, street food style, with great assortment for incredibly low prices, thank the Vegetarian Society food court located just across the street from the famous market.
The place is a little hard to find, follow the GPS location for accuracy.

There are several ways you can complete a trip from Krabi to Bangkok, today we’ll show you how to do it by bus. Options: There are 2 kinds of buses, the normal 45 seater and the VIP that seats 26 people.
VIP buses are basically the same price as a flight to Bkk if you buy in advance. Yet, to and from the airport you’ll probably add up the costs with taxi fees, where to and from the bus terminals public transportation can be used. The VIP is also a great choice for those who want to avoid flights or enjoy the scenery a bus ride brings. Where To Buy It: The normal buses can be bought all around Ao Nang, Railay and Krabi Town but the VIP can only be purchased at the Krabi Bus Terminal or at the company app (Thai language only, helps is needed) and paid at 7Elevens. Prices: VIP buses cost 862 baht per person and the 45 seater will vary in price depending on where you buy it but will go around 600 baht. Time and comfort: The ride takes about 12 hours and is pretty comfortable done with the VIP which offers free meals, water, snacks, A.C., blankets, and reclinable spacious seats. We never tried doing it with the 45 seater so we can’t guaranty the level of comfort they offer, they might take a bit longer to complete the trip as well.
It was an easy and painless trip and we would do it again.

The boat will stop in two different pickup points near the island, it will depend on your hotel location which one to choose.
To avoid getting lost, ask your hotel in advance, otherwise, the boat staff will probably know where to leave you unless it is a pretty new or small hotel.

The little stall is salvation for vegans staying in Railay. Unfortunately the quality is not to be compared with the main Govinda located in Ao Nang Beach, still, choosing wisely can bring you a fun meal. We recommend the spinach pie and hot dogs.
Their main problem is the opening schedule, that changes every single day.
Even with that in mind I would go back to the restaurant and recommend it, after all, they offer vegan food and we want to collaborate and celebrate that.
Excited about Thailand?! Stay tuned because more is on the way!💙
Our next stop is Ao Nang, a popular destination in Krabi.
The trip which brought us there was beautiful, both in the sea and land.

Ta Khao Pier – ท่าเรือบ้านท่าเขา Address: Koh Yao Noi GPS: 8.134449, 98.627197 (copy and paste in map’s search bar for exact location)
There slow boats to Thalane cost 150 baht per person and take around 45 min, they only depart from Ta Khao Pier. These boats leave Koh Yao Noi at 7, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 11 and 16 hours.
There are speedboats that go directly to Ao Nang if that’s your next destination and you have no reasons to avoid speedboats.
We recommend you to seat on the right side in order to admire the beautiful views during the trip.
Thalane Pier – ท่าเรือประมง Address: Ao Thalane GPS: 8.142151, 98.747013 (copy and paste in map’s search bar for exact location)

The restaurant offers a nice variety of vegan options, we recommend it.
Ao Nang Beach GPS: 8.029070, 98.824034 (copy and paste in map’s search bar for exact location)
The long beach is not the most stunning in Thailand for sure, yet is located just in the perfect position to visit some of the dazzling ones.
In our case, coming from a really quite island, spending a day at a busy little city was a nice change of air before going back to relaxation mode.
Have you been to Ao Nang or its neighbor beaches before? Let us know about your experience in the comments below!💙
When the boat went inside the mesmerizing laguna I was breathless, what a unique and unspoiled place!
Soon, the other boats were off and we were there at that paradise all alone, being overtaken by its beauty.
The new drone laws in Thailand didn’t allow us to give you a wider perspective of the place, yet maybe that’s not by chance. Perhaps, a little mystery will make it even better when your eyes seat on it for the first time.
Here all addresses and extra info from everything you saw on the video:
Pasai Cottage Address: Pasai Beach, Koh Yao Noi GPS: 8.099997, 98.619263 (copy and paste in map’s search bar for exact location) Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/Esanlongtin/

Entering the laguna by boat is free, those wishing to visit the beachside will have to pay a 300 baht National Park conservation fee.
This is one of the top places to see, don’t skip it! If you’re staying in Phuket, Phi Phi or other nearby islands I would recommend you to arrange a day trip, you won’t regret it.
Koh Laolading – เกาะเหลาลาดิง GPS: 8.104116, 98.682534 (copy and paste in map’s search bar for exact location)
As the bay is quite small, depending at the time of the day you stop by, the island will be really crowded.
Still, it is definitely a stunning place but if you wish to avoid crowds plan to start your trip early or to make a different route than the majority of the boats.
Koh Pak Bia – เกาะผักเบี้ย GPS: 8.117530, 98.675635 (copy and paste in map’s search bar for exact location)
The two islets divided by a shallow body of water are a cool place to lay in the sand and do nothing, go for a swim or just explore the surroundings.
Monkey Island
With this one, I will have to say sorry but no GPS location, what happened is that the boatman informed us the name as “Monkey Island”, the way they advertise it to tourists. Unfortunately, that’s not the Thai name after translation and as there are many islands around this area, it’s really hard to point the right one out.
Don’t worry though, if you grab a snorkeling/diving trip, they will know what you’re talking about and will be able to bring you there.

Stay tuned because more is coming!🏝
Nearby some of the most famous Thai islands, it’s found a less known sister, the beautiful Koh Yao Noi.
It has a special air, with marvelous views, peace, and quiet.

Walking from Tha Khao Bay to this islet is an amazing experince. There’s just this tinny strip of sand that depending on the time will be parcially or completely submerged, leaving you with the impression you’re walking over water. The oriental-pied hornbills come to visit everyday making it yet more special.
Time to say goodbye to Yao Yai island and the next destination is the nearby neighbor Koh Yao Noi.
This time with the worry in mind about how much would the boat shake during the short trip due to the baby on board, I tranquilize any mothers to be by assuring you it is a soft ride(the taxi until the pier shook more😜), of course that may change during rough weather, be aware of that.
The 10 min (or less) ride cost 50 baht per person. It can be boarded on Chonglad pier, north of the island, you’ll probably need a taxi to get there unless you are staying nearby or dropping your rented vehicle nearby. Boats depart frequently during the day, it is not needed to worry about a schedule.
Arriving in Koh Yao Noi started well by being presented with much lighter taxi fees than Yao Yai.
The view on our way to the hotel also pleased us and our first impression was of a more structured place than Yao Yai.
Our hotel pick was Pasai Cottage, a budget beachfront bungalow with simple bamboo rooms and private cold shower.
Prices were around 600-700 baht at the time we stayed (high season).
Now, it’s time to explore Yao Noi, stay tuned for the upcoming adventures!
One more day enjoying beautiful beaches on an exotic island!
White powdery banks of sand that give the illusion that you can walk until the next island on low tide.
Magical Thailand displaying its dazzling beauty as always.
