Last Moments of Kapas Island + Marang – Malaysia l New Adventures Ahead!

Our last day in Kapas, time really flies!
Still, there’s enough of it for one more snorkeling session, and one more breakfast with feet on the sand.

A short boat trip and we are in Marang.
Where we could not wait to buy once again the treats we tried few days before at the morning market.

In the next morning a new destiny, can it get better?
Stay tuned to see.😉

The sky is NO limit – Kapas Island, Malaysia

Simplicity reigns in Kapas, with exception of nature, that extravagantly exhibit its gems.
If this is the kind of richness you’re looking for, write the island down for your next hopping.

In a particular moment, from the top of a hill, I could see very far on the horizon and no-one was there but me.
Me and nature, dancing.🕉

Deserted Beaches, Kayaking, and Saying Hi To The Fishes – Kapas Island, Malaysia

We had the chance to explore Kapas completely, to experience all its beaches, to have the whole perspective on what the island has to offer.
On this series of videos, we are trying our best to share it all with you.
With so little information about it online, is often easier to pick somewhere else to go, where there’s already plenty of tips available.
We would love to help Malaysian beaches to become as easily accessible as other popular destinations, such a beauty has to be experienced by the world.

Exotic food, exotic culture, exotic beaches.
There’s the chance to immerse in something different, to expand your knowledge, and thus your whole world.
So my friends, welcome to Malaysia! Let’s live it!

The First Two Deserted Beaches
We went kayaking to a small deserted northern beach, around 2 beaches after Qimi’s bay.
After that, we kept going until the last one on the tip, we recommend stopping on the way at the bays that catch your attention.
A must do, either by walk(limited reach of northern beaches), snorkeling, or kayaking.

Unveiling Magnificent Kapas Island – Malaysia

Let’s picture ourselves in a beachfront bungalow, white sand, snorkeling, exploring deserted beaches, peacefully connecting with nature.
The feeling you get from this mental scenario is more then accomplished in Kapas.🏝

There’s no fanciness though, it is rustic, raw.
A great place to spend a few days, neighboring some other spectacular islands to where you can hop next.

Can be a little hard for vegans, fruits are scarce on the island, there are not many choices.
But you didn’t come here to eat, did you? If you can get by eating veggie fried rice, rice noodles and veggie curry you’ll be just fine.
A gold tip is bringing fruits from the mainland, which may or may not get eating by the ants depending on your luck.😜

In this video, you can see us having dinner at KBC, where we ended up eating several times during our stay, due to the nice ambiance.
It is a great place to chill, have dinner, listen to some music with feet on the sand and eyes at the sea.
Breakfast was at Quimi Chalet, and the failed attempt to eat was in Koko (because of the working hours), you can check all addresses below.

You can also see many of the north-west uninhabited beaches, where you most definitely have to go if visiting Kapas.
When the sun is up, the sand gets even whiter, matching beautifully the lush greens and the blue sea.
The snorkeling gets better on this beaches, we recommend going all the way to the last beach inside the water and coming back by walk to capture all the traits of the area(if you are an experienced swimmer/snorkeler of course).

Having the whole beach just to yourself is an easy do in Kapas.
Have you experienced that? Share with us in the comments below!💙
